did you try to sync it? There should be instructions on how to sync it to your wii console in the packaging.

Pilates. Real exercise and training from real human beings XD Plus I have no doubt pilates would give you better posture than Wii fit
i need help with the um platform thing… when i turn it on it blinks then turns off.. Any one know anything that could help me turn it on? (i already swapped the batteries and moved the sensor thing around)
thats the balence thingy it helps your posture.. better posture = more fit bad posture during somthing like pushups wont get you to where u want to be.. ^_^ your ars wont build up if your doing it wrong

you only need it to select the exercise but you can put it down during it, apart from if its boxing or the jogging one
Wii fit doesn’t really seem to help shave the pounds off much, so I would suggest something different. Why pay money for jogging in a virtual world when you could be doing it in the arguably better looking realm of real life?
Also, the treadmill works well.
